Sandy is our Front Desk and Billing Associate. She has years of customer service experience in the healthcare field. Not only will she make your appointments as convenient as possible for you, she works very hard to keep up with the ever-changing insurance plans and rules. She is always here to answer your questions or help you with issues between you and your insurance carrier. While your policy is ultimately a contract between you and your carrier, Sandy will submit your claims and update your insurance information. She can often give you guidance to help navigate the carrier's customer service call centers and websites, as well as advice on how to resolve issues.
