Services:

At Clare Hometown Chiropractic, you will be treated with the latest techniques. In addition to gentle, effective adjustments, we offer massage therapy, intersegmental traction, physical rehab, electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound therapy and therapeutic exercise. We also provide nutritional counseling, supplements, custom orthotics, ice/heat packs, and safe and effective analgesics.

In some instances, Dr. Keppner may prescribe items such as custom orthotics, heel lifts, cervical collars, lumbar supports, orthopedic support items, a pillow, or a tens unit for those patients he feels would benefit from such devices. We have the resources to provide these items at an affordable rate.

Appointments:

If you would like to make an appointment, please call (989) 424-6360. Our office facilitates emergency calls, new patients and walk-ins. Please keep in mind that if you have not been seen in our office in the past 36 months, there will be some forms to complete. Your first appointment will take about one hour and usually consists of a history, exam, consultation and possibly treatment deemed necessary by Dr. Keppner's findings.

Financial:

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted will be check, cash, or major credit cards and are expected at the time of service.

Cancellation:

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does come in for an appointment without sufficient notice.
